You do not require an appointment for an x-ray, as these are performed as a walk-in service.
All other examinations and procedures are by appointment only.
We often have availability for last-minute appointments, and always endeavour to accommodate any urgent examinations on the same day.

 • Your request form or referral from your doctor or healthcare professional
• Any previous relevant imaging or reports
• Medicare card, DVA card or any Government concession cards
• WorkCover details, if relevant

X-Ray & Imaging aims to provide affordable healthcare, with bulk-billing options for some Medicare eligible services and procedures. However, there examinations where an out-of-pocket expense will be incurred.
Our booking consultants will advise you at the time of booking if your examination or procedure will incur an out-of-pocket fee.

At the time of scheduling your appointment, our booking staff consultants will advise you whether there is any specific preparation required for your scan.
For patients undergoing interventional procedures, it is always recommended that you bring someone with you to drive you home.
